Bingo Licenses
Bingo License ACT 67 OF 1981
The playing of bingo is allowable if properly licensed for the purpose of raising funds by certain nonprofit organizations for the promotion of a charitable or civic purposes. An application must be completed and properly notarized. The license is valid for an annual period of one year. The annual fee is $100.00, and there is a three consecutive day license that is $15.00, but this can only be used once during an annual period. Bingo License Applications can be requested on-line.
