The Agricultural Land Preservation Office is located in downtown Carlisle, one block north of square, in Business Central (formerly the old Woolworth Department Store). Visitors can enter from the front entrance along Hanover Street or from the rear entrance adjacent to the Carlisle Post Office (66 West Louther Street). Elevator is located at the front entrance.

From Route 81 South - Exit interstate at exit #47b (Route 34/Hanover Street). Travel north on Hanover St. approximately 1 mile. The office is one block north of center square (Route 641 & Route 34).
From PA Turnpike - Exit turnpike at exit #226. Travel east on Route 11 to Carlisle Borough. Route 11 and Route 34 are the same road for several blocks in town. Follow Route 34 South. The office is approximately 3 miles from the Turnpike. If you reach center square, you went 1 block too far.
Two Hour Parking
Visitors to Business Central can find street parking along North Hanover Street. In addition, a municipal parking lot is available at the rear of Business Central for easy, convenient parking. The municipal parking lot is located in the first block of West Louther Street, adjacent to the Carlisle Borough Post Office. Street parking and municipal parking is submit to two hour parking meters.
All Day Parking
Visitors wishing to park all day can utilize the Pomfret Street Garage. The Pomfret Street Garage is located one block south of the square (two blocks south of Business Central) on the first block of Pomfret Street.
