CCLS Strategic Plan 2013-2017 

The Cumberland County Library System board adopted a strategic plan for 2013-2017 on October 15, 2012. Using it as a guide, operational plans will be adopted annually by the library system board along with performance measures.

Annual System Priorities
Each year, the library system uses its strategic plan to develop a list of system priority areas for the coming year.  Goals, primary objectives and performance measures are developed using this data.
