The Cumberland County CASA Program is responsible for recruiting, screening, training, assigning, and coaching CASA volunteers for their work on behalf of dependent children within the Cumberland County Court system. Children found dependent by the Cumberland County Court may be referred to the CASA Program for consideration to receive the services of a CASA volunteer.

The Cumberland County CASA Program is an affiliate member of the National CASA Association and the PA CASA Association.
