The cost to purchase a Lifetime License is $51.50 if Productive, and $31.50 if Neutered or Spayed. Again, a discounted rate is offered to individuals 65 and older, or individuals with certain disabilities. The cost then would be, $31.50 if Productive, and $21.50 if Neutered or Spayed.
A Lifetime Dog License requires additional information and paperwork and can not be purchased online.
