Fee Schedule

The Recorder’s Office accepts the following payment methods: 

  • Cash
  • Checks* - Checks should be made payable to “Recorder of Deeds”. NO CASH REFUNDS.
  • Credit cards - Credit card payments are being processed through Value Payment Systems (VPS). There is a 2.25% convenience fee with a minimum fee of $2.50 per transaction to the filer

Prices include a $15 UPI fee if required; additional parcels are $15 each.

DISCLAIMER: Documents or requests received by mail with incorrect payment will be returned without filing. However, any document or request received by mail with an overage of $10 or less, will be processed or recorded without a refund of the overage.
