COVID-19 Update

The Cumberland County Courthouse and county government facilities are open open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted. Anyone visiting should check the webpage of the department in which you are conducting business prior to arriving to see if they require an appointment to visit.

Several county offices are using No Wait Inside to make appointments online. If you would like to contact one of our offices by phone or email, please visit our business directory.

Masks are not required in Cumberland County Government Facilities except for the Cumberland County Prison.

All public meetings are available for participants through Zoom by computer, phone (call 1.301.715.8592, then enter meeting code 957 8433 6350), or in person. To attend in person, please contact the Commissioners' Office at 717.240.6150 to ensure room capacity.

County Exceptions:

Cumberland County Courts - Effective February 16, 2022, all administrative orders dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic have been rescinded. The operation of the 9th Judicial District returns to normal. However, individual judicial officers have the discretion to order appropriate mitigation measures, including masking, social distancing, and the use of zoom in their courtrooms and offices.
