Current COVID-19 Mitigation Measures In Pennsylvania
The following COVID-19 mitigation measures have been put in place by Governor Wolf for business, work, school, child care, congregate and social settings.
Business, Work, School, Child Care, And Congregate Settings
- Child care safety guidance in place
- Congregate care restrictions in place
- Prison and hospital restrictions determined by individual facilities
- Schools subject to CDC and commonwealth guidance
- Telework is strongly encouraged
- Businesses with in-person operations must follow updated business and building safety requirements
- Face coverings are required in businesses
- All in-person businesses may operate at 75% occupancy
- Indoor dining at restaurants open at 50% (75% for self-certified restaurants)
Social Restrictions
- Gathering limits in place:
- Indoor events: 25% of maximum occupancy, regardless of venue size and only if attendees and workers are able to comply with the 6-foot physical distancing requirement
- Outdoor events: 50% of maximum occupancy, regardless of venue size and only if attendees and workers are able to comply with the 6-foot physical distancing requirement
- Face coverings are required to be worn indoors and outdoors if you are away from your home
